Why try Physio-Led Pilates?

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise with a particular emphasis on core strengthening to enhance physical health and well-being. It can help improve general strength, flexibility, balance, posture, aid stress relief and relaxation.

 

Physiotherapists are trained to be able to assess injuries and adapt exercises to the correct level to enable people to improve their strength, flexibility, posture and optimise functional ability.

 

These skills transfer naturally into pilates classes and this means that people attending with injuries can be confident they can work at their own level or pace within the class.

BEGINNERS PILATES

MONDAY 7 - 8PM

OLD WOLVERTON

A 1 hour class to introduce you to Pilates and start building a stronger and more flexible you.  Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.

A 1 hour postnatal pilates class to introduce you to Pilates and start building a stronger and more flexible you. Suitable for postnatal Mum's after their 6-8 week GP check.

Are you a runner?  Keen to improve your running or recovering from an injury?  As a trained APPI Pilates for Runners teacher I can help you work towards your goals in our Monday 7-8pm or Wednesday 8.15-9.15 pilates classes.  Please book online or email me at catherine@physiopilatesmk.co.uk for more details!
